We are currently delivering to the following European Member-states:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
How long will it take before my order gets delivered?
Standard Shipping:

Since each order is made on-demand and the quality of your print is of the highest importance to us, there are a few steps involved to get your unique print from this site to your wall:
We process your file to ensure there are no colour or print defects before going to print. After your print has been printed we let it dry and do a thorough quality review, if the print does not meet our standards it is reprinted until it does. Once your print has been signed off, a shipping label is created for the carrier to pick up your order. After that you will receive a tracking code on the e-mail address you provided during checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Print Only:
- Small (21x30 cm): €5.10
- Medium (30x40 cm): €5.10
- Large (50x70 cm): €5.10
Framed Print:
- Small (21x30 cm): €6.00
- Medium (30x40 cm): €6.00
- Large (50x70 cm): €20.95
Depending on your location Express Shipping might be available, these prices can vary (and sometimes be cheaper than our EU Flat rates) as these are determined by your local carrier.
All orders come with a tracking code, sent to the e-mail address you provided during checkout.
I made a mistake when placing my order, can I change it?
If you have made a mistake when placing your order please contact us as soon as possible at support@yourwords.art. If your order hasn't been printed yet, we can halt the order and make the required changes. If your order has already been printed there's nothing we can do unfortunately, you can read more about our return policy here.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product being personalised and custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for your prints, by law customised items are not entitled to a refund. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print please email us at support@yourwords.art, we will help resolve the issue the best we can.
Customer Oversight
We do not accept returns for customer error such as ordering the wrong size, entering wrong or incomplete personalisation information or any other customer oversight during the placement of your order. This includes partial returns when you order more than one print.
Incorrect Address
We do not offer any refunds if you as a customer entered an incorrect shipping address. Instead we offer to re-ship the order once it has been returned to us, a shipping fee applies pertinent to the country the order is re-shipped to.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Should your order be damaged during delivery—contact us at support@yourwords.art so we can issue a replacement or a refund, after you have supplied us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Any claims for misprinted or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
I haven't received a confirmation e-mail?
Don't see a confirmation e-mail in your inbox? Please check you spam folder or perform a search on @yourwords.art. If you still don't see anything you can contact us at support@yourwords.art, include your order ID and we'll send out your order details again.
The record button is not working?
We have noticed some people are experiencing an issue when trying to record from an Android mobile device, this is a result of the Facebook in-app browser. If you experience this issue, please try opening our website directly in Safari or Chrome. If the issue persists, uploading or recording on a desktop device always works. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
